Project Introduction
The Carelia.io team developed CybioTech CRM Systems, a web-based customer relationship management (CRM) application designed for managing documents, facilitating communication between organizational roles, handling patient information, previewing 3D scans, and tracking procedures and surgeries throughout their lifecycle.
The platform provides real-time messaging, notifications, and collaboration tools that help team members coordinate tasks, share information, and stay informed about critical updates.
CybioTech CRM Systems includes a comprehensive document management module that enables the creation, storage, retrieval, and organization of operational documents. This ensures that important information remains easily accessible and well structured, reducing the risk of data loss while improving workflow efficiency.
Managing patient information is a key component of the system. The application allows healthcare professionals to create and manage patient profiles, access medical records, and track patient interactions and treatment history. This ensures that medical teams always have access to accurate and up-to-date patient data, supporting better clinical decision-making and improving the quality of care.
The primary goal of the project was to streamline every stage of patient interaction and treatment management. The platform aggregates patient data from multiple departments, including surgeons, radiologists, and technical specialists. It also supports automated notifications based on predefined rules, reminding users about tasks, upcoming procedures, and important deadlines.
Scope of Project
1. Architecture Design
The Carelia.io team designed the system architecture, defining the core components, technologies, and interactions required for a scalable and secure healthcare CRM platform.
